Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at 33iaomp@sids.ac.in clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the address you used while registering.
Cancellations up to 2 months before 50% of base registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations up to 1 month before 25% of base registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received within 1 month of the conference start date – No refund will be provided
All refunds will be processed after 45 days from the completion of the conference.
Time stamp of the email will be considered as the official date of cancellation request.
